Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order. If you are not satisfied with your wall decor, we’re sorry to hear that! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We would be happy to refund your purchase upon returning the artwork.

Our policy lasts 30 days. The 30-day returns period starts from the day your order arrives, as indicated by the tracking number.We will refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving your artwork.Custom orders are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send us an email at support@sosks.com to start the return process.


Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • 12-Hour Flexibility: You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours at no extra cost.
  • Adjustments After 12 Hours: A 10% fee is applicable for changes made after 12 hours of placing the order but before shipping.

Damage & Dissatisfaction

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: We offer immediate replacements for any damaged items or if the received product differs in image, size, or frame from your order. Please contact us immediately, and we will send you a replacement. 
  • Color/Size Dissatisfaction & Change of Mind: Before placing your order, we recommend thoroughly measuring your space and assessing the color scheme to ensure the perfect fit. In case of a size mismatch, color variance, or simply a change of mind, a return or exchange will incur a 25% restocking/processing fee. Please remember that colors might differ slightly from your screen to the actual product due to variations in screen displays. Using a high-quality display can help in getting a more accurate color representation.

Custom and Promotional Items

  • Custom-made and promotional items, including those made from images you upload, are not eligible for return or exchange. We produce these items precisely as per your uploaded design without any modifications.

  • Please note, we do not offer prepaid return labels. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
