  1. Place of shipment:All our works are shipped from New York, USA. Currently, we only support delivery to local countries in the United States. The shipping cost is determined by your address, the weight of the work and the selected logistics method.
  2. Shipping Time: We understand that waiting for your purchase can be frustrating, which is why we make every effort to ship your artwork as quickly as possible. The artwork takes around 1-3 business days to print and assemble before shipping. Once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email and keep you posted on the shipment progress. Please allow 1-5 business days after the product is shipped (depending on your location) for your package to arrive.
  3. Shipping Provider: We ship from our New York facility through UPS and USPS. You can rest assured that your package will arrive safely and on time.
  4. Holiday Shipping: Shipping and assembly might take a little longer due to the holidays but we are working hard to have all our orders fulfilled as soon as we can!
  5. Valid Address: As part of our shipping policy, it is essential that our customers provide us with a valid and accurate shipping address for their orders. In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, We cannot be held responsible for any replacement or refund. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information they provide is correct and complete to avoid any delivery issues.
